Independent participation
Certified agents act independently. There is no employment relationship, salary, guaranteed work, guaranteed income, minimum schedule, minimum sales requirement or exclusivity.
Eligible commission
The default external-agent commission is 15% of eligible revenue on verified, attributed bookings personally generated by that agent. Eligible revenue excludes VAT, discounts, refunds and chargebacks. Processing fees do not reduce commission by default.
No recruitment payment
External agents do not earn commission for recruiting another person or from another external agent’s sales. Authorised Arrival team members may receive a one-level 1% sponsor override only when their sponsored activated agent produces an eligible sale.
Artist funds
Artists must pay Arrival directly through an authorised checkout. An agent must never collect artist funds into a personal account or promise acceptance, sales, press, scarcity or unauthorised discounts.
Suspension and termination
Access and certification may be suspended or withdrawn for compliance, security or contractual reasons. Historical records are preserved. Unpaid commission may be frozen or reversed only in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
