Arrival Gallery Academy is a selective internal training and certification programme for independent people who can introduce suitable practising artists to approved opportunities responsibly.
Curriculum

Video, text, resources and scenario-based quizzes create evidence of understanding—not just watch time.
Finding suitable artists
Artist research, CRM checks, ownership, duplicate prevention and opt-out discipline.
Approaching artists professionally
Accurate introductions, personalisation, follow-up, boundaries and question escalation.
Artist submission and booking handling
Secure artist links, artwork information, booking identifiers, VAT-inclusive pricing and support without inventing information.
Sales tracking and commission
Bookings, eligible revenue, Stripe attribution, refunds and immutable commission records.
Ethical selling and compliance
Accurate identity, data privacy, no false scarcity, no harassment and no personal payment collection.
Agent Code of Conduct
Explicit agreement to the operating standard required of every active agent.
Final certification assessment
A 30-question randomised exam with an 85% pass mark and critical-compliance rule.
Certification is earned. Activation is separate.
Passing the exam changes your academy status, but does not activate sales access. Agreement acceptance, identity and payout verification, and an administrator activation decision are also required.
