These terms govern use of the Arrival Gallery Academy website. Programme participation is also subject to the current Independent Agent Agreement and Code of Conduct.

Public pages describe the programme but do not constitute an offer of employment, guarantee academy admission, guarantee income, or guarantee artwork sales.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access another person’s records, interfere with security controls, scrape private data or misrepresent Arrival Gallery.
Availability
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the service to maintain security, comply with law or operate the programme responsibly.
